Gains and Losses...introducing...Gains and Losses day here on Careless in the Care of God...Gains and Losses day will review my last week regarding my journey to better health...
You see...trying to lose weight is not the only goal...admittedly it is the driving force, but as I am fully two weeks into this thing I am realizing that it may not end up being the greatest benefit...
Weekly Review

GAINS:
- A clear picture of my eating habits...
- Two 30 min. step aerobic sessions with the Wii...
- Drink 32oz of water 4 days (Wed. Thurs. Fri. and Sun.) which gained me A LOT more trips to the bathroom!!!

LOSSES:
- Two pounds on the scale...
- A late night craving that was indulged...I baked and ate an ENTIRE Jack's pizza Thursday night...it was ridiculous...thankfully I am not too upset with myself...This is something I would have done without thinking two weeks ago...
- I ate out 3x...BUT those three times looked very different than before...I got a plain grilled chicken sandwich form Wendy's on Monday, and breadsticks twice from a pizza place (Tues. & Sat.)...

What were your gains and losses this week? Does not have to be weight related...also, what do you think about the Gains and Losses picture I created?

Carelessly,

April

Whoops, I meant to say "better health" not "better help".

Your blog is beautiful! Both in content and in visually. I LOVE that you included your 2 pound weight loss in the Losses category. At first I was like "what?" and then it really made me think about the things that I am quick to call a loss in my own life that aren't bad at all. They are actually losses that are gaines. Thanks so much for sharing!
