Gains and Losses day here at Careless in the Care of God...where I will review what I have gained and lost during the last two weeks of my journey to health...
Bi-Weekly Review
The last two weeks I have been off course...I went to Nashville for a conference and stopped being intentional about what I ate for those three days...I got the taste for junk/fast food again and it lasted for another week...

GAINS:
- even though I fell off the health(ish) wagon, I did notice that my 'bad' choices were less destructive than my 'horrible' choices were before I started TRYING six weeks ago...

- I noticed when I was out of town and I had to walk, what to me, a long distance, I did not get out of breath, or tired as quickly as before...
Every photo taken at the conference has received complementary comments like; 
- you look like sunshine, you look so pretty, beautiful...I think those compliments can be attributed not to my total 12 lbs weight loss, but to the way my body feels because I am drinking water, and trying to make better food choices...

LOSSES:
- Surprisingly I have lost 2 lbs...I am ecstatic with this, considering...
- Did not track what I ate for a week and a half...
- Have not exercised for two weeks...
- Frustration with myself...
